Salian (Imperial house : 1027-1125)

German imperial dynasty founded by King Conrad II (989 or 990-1039) in 1027. Conrad II had become King of Germany in 1024, paving his way for the imperial crown. The dynasty ended with Emperor Henry V (-1125).
