Oratory of Saint Philip Neri (Senglea, Malta)
Oratorian community established in 1662 in the Church of Our Lady of Porto Salvo in Senglea at the request of Fr. Simeone or Simone Schembri, Fr. Evangelista Gandolfo, and Fr. Giuseppe Mifsud and two deacons and one subdeacon, having been first established in Birgu in 1652. The community was approved by Bishop Miguel Juan Balaguer Camarasa. The last provost, Monsignore Angelo Raggio, spent most of his life alone in the oratory until his death in 1928.
