Armenian Antonines
Armenian Catholic religious order founded in 1707 in Syria, which adopted the Rule of St. Anthony in 1752, moved to Rome in 1761, and later to Ortaköy region near Istanbul. As the order came to an end at the turn of the 20th century, the Antonean Library was transferred to the care of the monastery in Bzummār, Lebanon.
