Frederick III, Holy Roman Emperor, 1415-1493

Holy Roman Emperor; son of the future king and emperor William I and Augusta of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach. Was German king from 1440 and Holy Roman emperor from 1452; he laid the foundations for the House of Habsburg's influence in European affairs.
