Stadlmayr, Johann, -1648
German composer and Kapellmeister who served in Salzburg and Austria. A musician in the service of the Archbishop of Salzburg (1603), he became vice-Kapellmeister and then Kapellmeister there until 1607, when he moved to the court of the Archduke Maximilian II in Innsbruck, where he remained for the rest of his life.
