Quodvultdeus, Bishop of Carthage, -454?

Roman prelate, theologian, and saint, who was a disciple of St. Augustine and was later bishop of Carthage, until he went into exiled in Italy due to the persecution of Christians in Africa by the Aryan Vandals. He wrote De promissionibus et de praedictionibus Dei, and thirteen of his sermons survive.
