Nemanja, Stefan, 1114-1200

Grand Prince of Serbia and founder of the Nemanjić dynasty. After abdicating in 1196, he became a monk on Mount Athos, where he spent his final years. He was later canonized as Saint Simeon by the Serbian Orthodox Church
