al-Rahbānīyah al-Anṭūnīyah al-Hurmizdīyah al-Kaldānīyah
Ruhbānīyah al-Anṭūnīyah al-Hurmizdīyah al-Kaldānīyah, or the Chaldean Antonines of St. Hormisdas, was a religious order founded at the beginning of the 19th century by Gabriel Dembo when he returned to Iraq after entering a monastic life with Maronite Antonines in Lebanon. The order got its start in 1808 in a monastery established on the ruins of the 7th century monastery of Rabban Hormizd, following the Rule of St. Anthony and constitutions approved by Rome in 1830 and 1845.
