Galerie Denise René
French gallery founded by Denise René in 1944. Specializing in kinetic art, geometric abstraction, and pop art. The first location of the gallery was in Paris at 124 rue de la Boétie; a second Paris location at 196 boulevard Saint-Germain opened in 1966. A third location opened and then closed in Düsseldorf in 1969. A New York City location opened in 1971, closing in 1981. The 124 rue de la Boétie location closed in 1976. The Galerie Denise René-Espace Marais opened at 22 Rue Charlot in 1991.
