Chronicler, geographer, genealogist, canon, court chaplain, and historiographer for Emperor Maximilian I. He was born in Ravensburg, and died in Vienna. He studied at the Universität Wien, receiving his baccalaureate in 1465. He had three benefices at Saint Stephen's Cathedral before receiving a canonship at the same church in 1504.
