Velluti, Donato, 1313-1370
Italian civil servant and chronicler, who held important Florentine offices and compiled his Cronica domestica, which is invaluable for its frank portrait of family life. Additions were made in 1555 and in 1560 by descendant Paolo di Luigi Velluti.
