Campora, Giacomo, -1459?

Giacomo Campora was an Italian Dominican theologian and prelate. He studied at Oxford University and was Bishop of Caffa, in what is now Ukraine. In 1456, he undertook a diplomatic mission on behalf of eastern bishops to bring about peace with Hungary, with the hopes of working in concert against the Ottoman Empire.
