Divan poet, died 1103 AH (1691-1692 CE); born in Mudurnu; known as Sükûnî Mehmed Efendi; son of Muharrem Efendi; joined Halvetî order; went to Istanbul, where he studied with Bıçakçızâde Ali Efendi; connected to Şeyh Mehmed Mısrî in Bursa, who sent him to Gelibolu, where he was a mufti; died there in 1691-1692
