Dominican missonary. He was sent as ambassador to Western Europe by Tamerlane. He was bishop of Nakhchivan in 1377 then archbishop of Sultanieh (Timurid Persia) in 1398, before being transferred to Crimea in 1423. Sometimes identified with Johannes de Galonifontibus
