- Mathias Klinsler, canon who (in 1432-1433, 1435, 1437) was mentioned in the receipts of Klosterneuburg for receiving funds to purchase writing materials and tools; in 1441, Chorherr Matthias Klinsler wrote Speculum Marie (a Mariological treatise); also authored a series of sermons, copied the works of Ephraem the Syrian; wrote sermons delivered between 1425 and 1432, as well as copies of bulls by Urban IV and historical notes on contemporary events such as the Hussite invasion of Austria in 1432
