Giovanni d'Andrea, approximately 1270-1348. Quaestiones mercuriales super regulis iuris

A collection of quaestiones first collected under various titles before the publication of the Clementines and perhaps even before the publication of the Liber Sextus. D'Andrea refers to these as mercuriales, since they took place on Wednesdays, ordered by themes corresponding to compilations of canon law. A later revised and rearranged version carries the title Novella in titulum De regulis iuris
