Abstraction-création
This association and exhibition group of abstract artists was founded in Paris in 1931. They advocated for abstraction against the Surrealist movement. Prominent members included Vassily Kandinsky, Piet Mondrian, and Jean Arp. The group published the cahier Abstraction-création: Art non-figuratif.
