Garsias, Hispanus, Bishop of Sigüenza, active 1277-1299

He was a doctor of law, magister scolarum, archdeacon of Mayorga (León), and judge in Compostela. He was a priest in the Servites religious order and later bishop of Sigüenza (1288-1299). He completed his commentary on the Lyons constitutions of Nicholas III between 1282 and 1288.
