Rörer, Georg, 1492-1557

German Protestant reformer, translator, and theologian. He proo-read Martin Luther's translation of the Bible and served as Luther's secretary. Rörer became one of the editors of Luther's Tischreden ("table talk") as well as a collected edition of Luther's works.
