Charmoisy, Louise du Chastel de, approximately 1586-1645
She left Paris for Savoie when she married Claude de Charmoisy in 1600. The mother of three children, her cousin was François de Sales, who was also godfather to one of her children. He sent her letters of spiritual direction in April 1607, which served as the beginnings of his work, Introduction à la vie dévote. She was widowed in 1618.
