Croiset, Jean, 1656-1738. Exercices de piété pour tous les jours de l'année
Jean Croiset published his work to provide meditative exercises for each day of the year modelled on earlier publications, such as Alonso de Villegas' Flos sanctorum published in Toledo in 1578, and especially Pedro de Ribadeneyra's Flos sanctorum o año christiano published in 1599-1601. The work was originally printed in Lyon by Antoine Boudet and his heirs between 1712-1720.
